We are hiring an experienced and exceptional teacher to lead our infant classroom! Upon hire, you will receive specialized, in-house training from an expert in the Montessori approach to early childhood education.

We have an amazing team of Montessori Mentors who will be available to lead professional development, provide feedback and help develop your skills as you refine your practice.

In this role, you'll create and lead a model classroom. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique. Prepare and maintain a prepared Montessori environment in which the furnishings and materials are developmentally appropriate and welcoming to children.

Both parents are working professionals who work inside of the home and they are in meetings most of their day. A college degree is preferred, but not required. They recently moved back to the midwest to be closer to family, but dad will continue to commute back to the east coast for work.
