Due to state and national guidelines the full array of on campus visit opportunities have not yet returned. However, pre-registered visits for undergraduate student-lead tours of campus have resumed. The Rochester metro area is easily navigable and our main campuses are a short drive or rideshare from the Greater Rochester International Airport, train station, or bus station.

Jazz, lilacs, film, food trucks, the Erie Canal—you name it, we probably have a festival or event celebrating it sometime in the spring through fall. Sports fans, meanwhile, can attend the home games of our professional baseball team the Red Wings or hockey team the Amerks. Our walkable downtown—complete with a scenic river walkway and majestic waterfall—is surrounded by the natural wonders of the Genesee River, the Finger Lakes, and the Great Lakes, along with parks, trails, beaches, gorges, and wine country.

The University has multiple campuses in and near downtown Rochester. The acre River Campus, where many of our undergraduate students live and study, is two miles from downtown and nestled along the shore of the Genesee River.
