A lot of employees are overworked because company doesn't hire enough people minimal resources. There's not very much business processes in place, people just "get-er-done" best they can.

Surprisingly for an high-paper insurance company, they are on the lower end of automation. Departments do not often collaborate and lots of silos and politics. They have a mix of good and not so good leadership. Many are given leadership roles undeservingly.
