Cons old warehouse with entitled union workers who complain and slack off. I hate to say it, but beware. They started on a trend of offering early retirement to people, and then a month later, most of the eligible people who didn't take advantage were laid off.

Now that they have been taken over by an investment firm they are laying off competent people in droves. At the end of every quarter for the past year, there have been MASS layoffs. I heard the last one was people, but I can't confirm that. This used to be an amazing family run company, and I had hoped to retire here.

So much for "Thank yo for your service". I feel sorry for the people left behind to pick up the pieces. We all care and want the company to succeed, but I really don't think there is a chance of that anymore. It breaks my heart. I worked at this Company for 10 years. It was to me a great place to work. While working here I did get to learn a lot how the inside of a company works. I've met a lot of good people that I am very good friends with even after ten years of working here.

The cultural differences can be challenging. This Company does have favoritism. The big fish does eat the little fish. HR only looking to save his own skin. Pros employees on the floor.
