Returned to the same hotel at the end of our trip. Smaller room than before a minus but the window could be opened completely a big plus. Overall very good service and value for money. The breakfast staff were outstanding! Would definitely return. We stayed at this hotel for a week in order to attend a wedding.

We specifically picked this hotel for its location not far from where our daughter lives and also its convenience for visiting the various places we wanted to go to. From check-in through to when we left the staff were very nice and helpful, particularly John and Tim on reception. The room was very nice as was the hotel in general, to the point that we have decided that this is our go to London hotel for future trips.

The hotel was in an excellent location for our itinerary. It was comfortable and clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, as was the food in the bar. The only real criticism would be the lighting in the room, which was a little inadequate particularly in the wardrobe area. The staff was very welcoming, and went above the call of duty with a little birthday surprise message in my room, which was grateful in these difficult times.

The hotel was perfect location for all the food delivery companies to get too. Good quality hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very central location. There were some delays during our arrival and some issues with the beds but the staff were very keen to help and gave us small gifts. The bedroom was small for a family of four, but overall a great stay and I would return.
