Everyone takes a lot of pride in their work and leadership was very engaged and supportive. It was overall an excellent experience. Pros Great facility, supportive team. They were going through training at the same time that I was, so were unable to help me in the least bit, but instead told me to go the the front desk person in the showroom with any questions that I may have. Cons Short breaks but extra breaks when hot outside. When i came here i had good hopes only because every single thing i was told up until starting was all lies to get ya in. Company itself is good company, troy ohio location is going to be the cancer of this company. They lie to you just to make you happy there is zero incentive to do extra at all with this company. You have pay scales that are so drug out between alot of different style jobs that clearly should be separate pay scale by work flow and job tasks.
