What a lovely time! The staff at the bar on the main floor was amazing. The guy playing sounded good but we honestly had a blast on the main floor and saw the beautiful bay and gorgeous sunset.

The staff is awful. Drinks are over priced and the staff is extremely slow even when there are a whopping 5 customers in the bar. The security is rude. Stay far away July It's been about two years since I was here last and the pool is gone now. There crushes are great and the view of Baltimore is a lot better.

There food wasn't that great then and not sure now. This place isn't crowded much as well and we went on 4th of July week. I would say definitely see this place you also have to pay for parking. Once you book your cruise, we will send you a link so you can complete this electronically. If you are booking for a group, the guest will need to forward this to each person in the group via text or email so they can complete and return it prior to boarding.

Our check-in process is touch free for enhanced safety precautions so paper waivers are not available. Please make sure all passengers sign their electronic waiver prior to arrival to prevent any delays in your cruise time. All passengers board at the dock at Main Ave, Cleveland Ohio Reservations are non-refundable unless you purchase trip Insurance. Trip insurance allows you to cancel your upcoming tour for any reason up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued once the tour is completed. Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason. Trip insurance covers the entire group as a whole. There are no refunds on a per person basis. If there is severe weather the day of the cruise, we will try our best to reschedule, issue a store credit, or provide a refund if trip insurance is purchased.

There are absolutely no refunds for behavior-related cancellations. The Cuyahoga River is home to all kinds of traffic, including freighters. If we are on the river when a freighter comes through, the trip may be delayed until the freighter passes. We try to plan ahead but delays due to freighters and lift bridges are beyond our control. No, smoking is not allowed on board. Cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs and marijuana are all prohibited.

The crew reserves the right to return to the dock without refund if this rule is not followed. Passengers under the age of 21 are allowed on private cruises.
